CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
2 chickens, cooked & deboned
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lg. spaghetti

Saute onions and pepper in butter. Melt cheese and add deboned chicken and Rotel tomatoes. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth; drain. Mix with other ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can make 2 casseroles. Freezes well.
