LOLA'S PINEAPPLE UP-SIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter (1 stick), butter ok
1 box white cake mix, any brand
1 can pineapples, sliced (any brand)

1. Combine brown sugar and butter. Melt together.

2. Pour mixture into cake pan you are going to bake cake in.

3. Drain pineapples; lay slices on top of brown sugar and butter; layer in pan.

4. Pour cake mix on top of this layer. (Follow cake mix directions on package.)

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool. Turn onto plate.
