BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
3-4 lbs. ribs
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 c. water
Salt to taste
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard

Brown the spare ribs and pour the remaining contents over them. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until ribs are tender.
