BASIC SALT SUBSTITUTE 
3 tsp. basil, dried
2 tsp. summer savory, dried
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. sage, dried
2 tsp. marjoram, dried
1 tsp. thyme, dried
1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Mix well, powder with mortar and pestle. Store in covered glass jar. Serve in shaker bottle at table.
