PEACHES N CREAM PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 to 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 can peach pie filling
Crumb mixture (below)

In bowl beat cream cheese with mixer and add powdered sugar. Continue beating. Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of pie shell. Top with one can of peach pie filling. Top with crumb mixture.

CRUMB MIXTURE:

1 stick butter, softened (I use real butter)
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour

Mix until crumb mixture forms. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown. (I prefer deep dish pie pan for this recipe.)
