BLACKBERRY JELLY 
Wash and drain berries. Be sure to drain all water out. Steam the berries until tender. Mash, and squeeze juice through a cloth. Measure juice; boil 5 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar to cup of juice. Bring back to boil. Pour in sterilized jars and seal. May also freeze. (Do not cook more than 6 cups of juice at a time).
