BAKED FONDUE | |
12 slices white bread 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 6 eggs 3 c. milk 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 3/4 tsp. salt Butter bread on both sides and cut off crusts. Cut into 1/2" squares. Butter 9"x13" baking dish. Layer bread and cheese until used. Beat together rest of ingredients. Pour over bread. Cover dish with foil. Refrigerate approximately 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. NOTE: 1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced, can be added when layering. |
