BAKED ORIENTAL CHICKEN 
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. Season-All
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 c. orange juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. chicken seasoned stock base
Mushrooms (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Combine flour, Season-All, and pepper. Dredge the chicken in flour mixture; place in baking pan.
