CHEESE BURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook and stir meat and onion until brown. Spread in 10" pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Blend remaining ingredients in blender for 15 seconds. Pour over meat and cheese. Bake until golden brown, about 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
