ROSETTES 
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat all together in small mixing bowl. Heat grease in pan, let rosette iron also heat while the grease is heating. When iron is hot, dip hot iron in dough to top of iron and dip into hot grease for about 5 seconds, Rosette should come off iron, (if it doesn't you can work off with a fork). Let brown just a little, then turn over for couple seconds and take out of pan and let cool on paper towel. You can sprinkle with sugar, powdered sugar, or just eat plain.
