SKILLET TARRAGON VEGETABLES | |
2 med. yellow squash, cut lengthwise & sliced thin 1 pkg. frozen, cut green beans 1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves 2 tsp. lemon juice Pam spray Spray large skillet with Pam. Add squash, beans and tarragon to skillet and saute for about 1 minute. Cover pan and steam for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stir frequently. Sprinkle with lemon juice, toss and serve. |
