ICEBOX DESSERT 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix like pie crust and pat into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, then cool.

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. sifted powdered sugar

Mix until smooth and spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

1 (6 oz.) chocolate or other instant pudding
2 c. milk

Mix until like pudding. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Cool 10 minutes. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle walnuts. Make a day in advance for best results.
