HOT POTATO AND GREEN BEAN SALAD 
4 med. potatoes, cooked & diced
1 lb. can green beans, drained
2 tbsp. bacon fat
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Mix first 9 ingredients together. Heat, uncovered in 2 quart casserole at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through. Add bacon, onion and mayonnaise and toss before serving.
