ORANGE SUGAR COOKIES 
4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 c. butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp. orange rind

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream butter, sugar and beat in eggs. Stir in orange juice concentrate and grated orange rind. Add flour mixture and chill 3 to 4 hours. Dough will be soft. On floured board, roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutter. Bake on ungreased sheet at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Yield: about 7 dozen cookies.
