SEAFOOD MACARONI SALAD 
2 pkgs. salad macaroni, cooked and drained
1 bunch celery, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
5 sweet pickles, diced
Bunch green onions, diced
5 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 block longhorn cheese, diced
1/2 lb. fresh shrimp or crab
1 frozen pkg. green peas, cooked and cooled
1 can shrimp or crab (for flavor)
Salt and pepper to taste

The can of shrimp or crab plus fluid gives this a delicious flavor

Toss all together with 1/2 to 3/4 jar mayonnaise and a squirt of lemon juice. Add a little milk or cream for more moisture. Serves 20 to 25.
