MACARONI SALAD 
4 c. cooked macaroni
2 tbsp. onions, minced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, minced
1 (4 1/2 oz.) cocktail shrimp
1 sm. can peas
Black pepper & salt to taste

DRESSING:

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. vinegar or to taste

Drain shrimp and rinse in cold water. Drain water off peas.

In 4 quart bowl add macaroni, onions, celery, green pepper, shrimp, peas, salt and pepper; toss well. Add dressing and toss well. Put in refrigerator. This is better if made day before.
