CRUNCHY TACO 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 cups instant rice
5 cups water
1 cup taco seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes
nacho cheese sauce
sour cream
1 bag Frito classic corn chips

Put hamburger and onion in skillet and cook till hamburger is browned and onion is tender then drain. Put in slow cooker with with other ingredients except cheese, sour cream and chips. Stir and cook for 30 minutes on high then enjoy (if wanted you may add an extra 1/2 cup extra taco seasoning for added flavor). You may also top with other taco related items and use salsa.
