HERB SLAW 
4 c. shredded cabbage
3 to 4 sliced green onions
2 tbsp. each of parsley, garlic, chives, basil leaves, dill leaves

VINAIGRETTE DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine cabbage, onions and fresh herbs. Mix together dressing ingredients making sure sugar dissolves. Pour dressing mixture over vegetables and herbs. Toss to coat, cover and chill.

Garnish with a fresh flower such as chive blossoms, nasturtium or any edible flower.
