HERB BUTTER 
1 c. Virgin olive oil
1 lb. sweet butter
1 c. fresh pine nuts
1 c. grated Romano cheese
4 cloves peeled fresh garlic
50 leaves fresh basil
2 c. reconstituted (Sun Dried Tomatoes)
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Puree in blender to a fine paste. This is a simple butter that can be used anywhere you would use a tomato sauce. I use it to top many entrees like chicken, fish and, of course, pastas. It's also great on pizza instead of tomato sauce.
