ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. finely diced zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon and cloves
1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. pecans or nuts

Cream oil and sugar. Beat in eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Add dry ingredients. Add zucchini and nuts. Sprinkle on chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes in a 9x13 inch pan.
