RICE PILAF 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. boiled rice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. blanched, slivered almonds
2 tbsp. (or more) soy sauce

Saute onion and green pepper in oil and add other ingredients and cook 10 minutes. To prevent sticking keep the heat low and stir most of the time, scraping the bottom of the pan. Especially good with beef.
