QUICHE 
1 deep dish pie crust
1/2 lb. sausage, bulk
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 can mushrooms
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped onions

Saute in pan 1 cup chopped green peppers and 1 cup chopped onions. Cook sausage and drain. Combine all other ingredients. Spread sausage in bottom of pie crust, then add all other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I brown my pie crust before filling it with ingredients.
