FLYING SAUCER 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 lg. can kidney beans
Salt & pepper
Chili powder
Lettuce, chopped
Colby cheese, grated
Tomato, diced
Corn tortilla shells

Combine first 3 ingredients in skillet to brown. Add salt, pepper and chili powder to taste. Soften shells in hot oil in skillet, one at a time. Alternate shells, hamburger combo, lettuce, onion and tomato on plate. Repeat two times. Serve with chunky salsa, taco sauce and hot sauce, spoon on as desired.
