BAKED BROCCOLI 
1 lg. egg
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs, mixed with 2 tbsp. melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Whisk egg slightly. Add soup and mayonnaise. Blend. Stir in broccoli, onion, and cheese. Turn into 10 x 6 x 1 3/4 inch dish. Sprinkle with crumbs mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
