2 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. melted butter

Beat 2 eggs in bowl and combine with milk and melted butter. Add liquid ingredients to sifted dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Bake in waffle iron.
