1. CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix together. Pat in bottom of oblong baking dish. Bake 15-20 minutes until light brown (400 degrees). Cool completely.

2.:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix thoroughly. Spread on cooled crust.

3.:

3 sm. pkgs. instant pudding mix
3 c. milk

Mix thoroughly. Spread on second layer.

4:

Top with remaining Cool Whip and chopped pecans

Chill several hours before serving.
