SHRIMP FETTUCINI 
1 clove minced garlic
3/4 c. peas or broccoli
3/4 lb. sm. shrimp
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. dry white wine
8 oz. fettucini
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sliced green onions
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/8 tsp. crushed dried hot red pepper

Cook garlic in butter. Add peas and green onions. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Add shrimp, parsley, basil, pepper and wine. Cook and stir 1 minute or until shrimp is pink. Serve over hot fettucini. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
