PEPPER CATFISH 
4 catfish fillets or 1 lb. nuggets

MARINADE:

1/4 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
8 whole peppercorns, crushed
1 tbsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. brown sugar

Mix marinade ingredients. Pour over fillets; cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes; up to 4 hours. Grill over medium flame about 5 minutes per side. May also be broiled.
