ARTICHOKE QUICHE 
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 can artichoke hearts, halves and drained on paper towels
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together eggs and next 6 ingredients. Set aside. Arrange artichoke heart halves in large pie plate. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, then the grated Swiss cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
