LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1 sm. onion
1 sm. jar or can of spaghetti sauce
1/2 box lasagna noodles
1 lb. bag mozzarella cheese
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
2 oz. parmesan cheese
butter

Cook ground beef and onion until done. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce; let simmer until cooked down. While this simmering cook lasagna noodles. When they are done and drained and rinsed add some butter to keep noodles from sticking. Next grease lightly a cake pan or oblong. Layer noodles, meat sauce, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese and parmesan cheese until you use up all the meat sauce. End up with cheeses on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
