APRICOT - YOGURT FROSTING 
4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. apricot preserves
1/4 c. yogurt
1/4 c. soft butter
Dash salt
Apricot preserves for garnish

Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Enough to frost top and sides of two 8 or 9 inch layers.
