APRICOT - HONEY SAUCE | |
1/2 c. apricot jam 2 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. vinegar Mix all ingredients in 2 cup measure. Microwave, uncovered, on high about 2 minutes or until hot. Makes about 1 cup sauce. This sweet-tart sauce is especially good with crisp fried chicken and chicken nuggets. |
