CRAWFISH SOUP 
1 10 oz. can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. lobster meat (cooked and chopped)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. lime juice
Dash of paprika
dash of white pepper
2 tbsp. sherry (optional)

Combine first 2 ingredients over medium heat. Stir often. Add remaining ingredients, except sherry. Heat to serving temperature. Stir in sherry just before serving.

Serves Four.
