GRANDMA'S RELISH 
1/2 pt. mayonnaise (more depending on size of cabbage)
1 tbsp. mustard
4 oz. hot prepared horseradish
1 medium head cabbage
1 large or 2 small carrots
1 medium green pepper
1 medium onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish. Set aside. Place vegetables in food processor; chop fine. Add salt and pepper. Combine vegetables and mayonnaise mixture. Refrigerate. Better if made a day ahead. Great with roast beef, turkey or ham.
