BROWNIE PIE 
25 chocolate chip cookies
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream and chocolate curls for garnish

Cut 5 cookies in 1/2, set aside. Finely roll remaining cookies. Combine cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter, press on bottom and up sides of a 9 inch pie plate. In a saucepan heat remaining butter and corn syrup until warm, remove from heat.

Beat in eggs, sugar, cocoa and vanilla and pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, insert cookie halves around edge of pie crust. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until set. Cool for 1 hour before applying garnish.
