CAESAR SALAD 
1 head Romaine lettuce Parmesan cheese Croutons

DRESSING:

2/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 (1 min.) egg
4 cloves pressed garlic

SPICES:

1/2 to 1 tsp. fresh basil or dried sweet
Pinch of dill
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
Sm. pinch of coriander
1/2 tsp. sugar

Mix all the dressing and spices together and let chill for at least 1 hour prior to serving. Add optional anchovies.
