EASY CRANBERRY BREAD 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan. Stir together all ingredients except cranberries and nuts, with fork until moistened; beat vigorously for 1 minute.

Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf; remove from pan. If desired, cool loaf completely and drizzle with glaze.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
2-3 tsp. orange juice

Beat until smooth and of desired consistency.
