EGG PIE - MAKES OWN CRUST 
2 c. sweet milk
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Bisquick or plain flour
2/3 c. sugar

Mix in blender on low for 3 minutes. Bake 30 to 35 minutes on 325 degrees or until brown. Don't overcook! Use 9 inch Pyrex dish.

If you want coconut pie, add 1 cup after you pour into pan, put on top.

If you want chocolate pie, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa, finish with flour to make 1/2 cup of flour. Mix the cocoa in blender with all other ingredients.
