ITALIAN GRINDERS 
6 French rolls, unsliced
1 sm. onion
1 c. Italian tomato sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. sausage (pork)
1 lb. ground beef
Italian spices

Hollow rolls (cut off end and scoop out with fork). Wrap in foil and warm 5-10 minutes just before serving in a 375 degree oven.

Saute onion in butter, add ground beef and sausage - brown. Stir in tomato sauce and cheese. Fill rolls just before serving. These freeze well. Serves 6.
