QUICK NUT FUDGE 
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Combine all ingredients except nuts in top of double boiler. Place over simmering water and stir until smooth. Add nuts and mix. Spread candy quickly in buttered 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cool. Cut into squares.

Makes 2 dozen pieces.
