POUND CAKE 
2 sticks Blue Bonnet butter, room temperature
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 lg. eggs
3 c. plain flour, White Lily
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. orange extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

1 tbsp. lemon instead of orange and lemon together

Cream butter, Crisco together; add sugar 1 cup at a time; add eggs 1 at a time; beat well. Sift flour and baking powder together; add milk and flour a little at a time. Beat well each time. Add flavoring. Beat well. Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
