BEEF, BISCUIT & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can pork & beans
1 c. barbecue sauce
3 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can refrigerator biscuits (Pillsbury)
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown and drain ground beef. Add onion, barbecue sauce, beans and brown sugar. Cook until bubbly.

Cut biscuits in half circles. Pour beef into 2 quart casserole. Add biscuits in circle around edge and fill center with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until biscuits are done.
