LAYERED SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 mango, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 sm. can peas
Grated cheese
Bacon, broken into bits
Salad dressing

In large glass bowl, make a layer of each vegetable, leaving cheese and bacon for last 2 layers. Put 2 or 3 tablespoons of salad dressing on top. Cover and store in refrigerator. Stir well before serving.
