CAULIFLOWER AU GRATIN | |
1 lg. bunch cauliflower, fresh 2 boiled eggs 1 1/2 c. med. white sauce 1 c. med. sharp cheddar, grated 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs Cook cauliflowers until tender; drain. Arrange it in a baking dish with wedges of hard boiled eggs. Pour 1 1/2 cups white sauce, 1 cup cheese, 1 teaspoon prepared mustard over cauliflower and eggs. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. |
