IMPOSSIBLE RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb, cut fine
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted

In a well greased 10 inch pie dish, place the rhubarb. In blender put eggs, sugar, Bisquick, salt, butter, vanilla and milk. Blend well. Pour over the rhubarb. Bake at 375 degrees 45 to 50 minutes.
