BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 heads broccoli
2 lbs. bacon
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts
1 can garbanzo beans
1 c. raisins

SAUCE:

2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. rice vinegar

Cut broccoli tops in bite size pieces. Fry bacon, drain and crumble. Chop onion.

In large bowl, mix above ingredients with water chestnuts, garbanzo beans and raisins.

Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Add sauce to broccoli mixture a couple hours before serving. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
