2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3 c. self-rising flour
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift dry ingredients together, mix in oil. Add all remaining ingredients, blend well. Bake in greased and floured pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with apple butter.
