EGG NOG PIE 
2 pkgs. Jello vanilla pudding and pie filling
2 c. egg nog
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. light rum flavoring
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 baked 9 inch pie shell, cooled
Cool Whip for topping

Combine pudding mix, egg nog, milk and nutmeg in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat. Add rum and cook five minutes, stirring twice. Pour into pie shell. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill at least 3 hours. Garnish with whipped topping. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
