CHILE RELLENO 
4 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilies (whole)
1 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, sliced 1/4 in. thick
1 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 eggs

Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Open up chilies and take some seeds out. Line bottom of dish with chilies. Put layer of sliced cheese over chilies. Put another layer of chilies over cheese. Beat eggs; then combine milk and flour, adding this mixture a little at a time to the whipped eggs. Add salt and garlic. Pour egg mixture over layers of chilies and cheese. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
