LEMON JELLO CHEESE CAKE 
1 can Milnot, chill
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. vanilla wafers
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Roll wafers finely, add powdered sugar and melted butter. Pat into a 9x13 inch pan saving a few for top. Set aside.

Dissolve Jello, add lemon juice and rind. Cool.
